Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volume periods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Free delivery promotions may be offered on selected orders or campaigns.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash On Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure your phone number and shipping address are entered correctly to avoid delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or courier updates when available.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailable recipient
- Unreachable phone number
the courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel.
Repeated failed orders may result in future order restrictions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
Our support team will review the issue and assist accordingly.
