We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for customers across Pakistan.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time across Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or high order volume periods.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs.200 on orders across Pakistan.

The applicable delivery charge will be added to your order total during checkout.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash On Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure your phone number and shipping address are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or courier updates when available.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer refusing to receive the parcel

The courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel to DENTEX.

Repeated failed or refused orders may result in future order restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos

Our support team will review the issue and assist accordingly.
